Brett D. Fadeley

Brett D. Fadeley, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Fadeley is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor Degree in 1980. He is a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree with honors from Hartwick College in 1977. In 1985, he completed Advanced Commercial Lending at the University of Virginia 's Darden Graduate School of Banking. Mr. Fadeley has also taught Business Law as an adjunct faculty member for Nova University.

Mr. Fadeley has over eighteen years of experience in commercial banking, having held executive positions and overseen the areas of Corporate Lending and Special Assets. Mr. Fadeley is published in Who's Who in Finance and Industry and is a recognized expert on financial management, cash-flow analysis, working capital analysis, turnarounds, budgeting and negotiation and successful complex commercial negotiations.

His professional experience includes serving as an interim President, member of the Board of Directors and/or permanent part time Chief Financial Officer for numerous companies as well as facilitating several monthly issue-oriented workgroups for high achieving CEOs. In addition, Mr. Fadeley has served as the Chapter Chairman for the March of Dimes and as director of Every Kid Outreach, an inner-city program focused on the advancement of African American children.


Tina Santana

Tina Santana, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Santana spent four years with Deloitte & Touche LLP, in the Assurance & Advisory Services (audit) practice. Her client base included both publicly traded and privately held companies, with client concentrations in technology, manufacturing, and hospitality. She has experience in SEC reporting, auditing services, strategic planning, turnaround management, cash flow analysis, corporate governance, due diligence, and forecasting.

Ms Santana graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration.


Chris Bongiovani

Chris Bongiovanni, Chief Technology Officer

eSchool Solutions®’ Chief Technology Officer brings nearly 15 years of experience of working with K-12 school districts.  He has an extensive background in product development, marketing, sales and operations. He is a graduate of the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College and resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife Youndy.



Lisa Welton

Lisa Welton, Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Ms. Welton has over 20 years experience managing and operating service companies, including 19 years as President and CEO of her own company Cyber-Test, located in Longwood, Florida. During her tenure she successfully sold her business to a public company and stayed on as CEO for 5 years, as well as appointed Executive Vice President of the public company, Encompass Group.  

Prior to Cyber-Test Ms. Welton was the National Director of Business Development for Charlan Brock and Associates, an international architectural firm specializing in hotels and high end custom home developments. Ms. Welton was recruited to Charlan Brock from the advertising and public relations firm, Robison, Yesawich and Pepperdine where she was senior account manager in the public relations department.

She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BS degree in advertising and marketing.

Larry Schuler

Larry Schuler, Secretary

Mr. Schuler earned his CPA certificate on the first attempt while gaining 10 years of valuable experience with Price Waterhouse in Pittsburgh and Charlotte.  He joined a financial institution in Tampa, FL to start a professional internal audit department in preparation for public stock offering.  During his nearly eight years with the financial institution he also served as SVP of the Operations and Training division, was SVP of a joint venture subsidiary and ultimately became CFO of the holding company.  Mr. Schuler spent the next 10 years providing diverse CFO type services to troubled and / or start-up enterprises both as an employee and a consultant.  Larry is currently VP and CFO of Demetree Builders, Inc., a family enterprise with numerous real estate and venture capital related investments.

Mr. Schuler graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marshall University in Huntington, WV.  He has een selected for numerous academic and leadership honors including Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities.  He has also served in the US Army Reserves.


Jack Meredith

Jack Meredith

Mr. Meredith, a retired Captain for Delta Airlines, has more than 25 years of experience in commercial and military aviation. Mr. Meredith received a BS degree from the University of Tennessee and is a graduate of the Air Force Officer's School. Mr. Meredith is affiliated with numerous business partnerships involving retail centers, developmental land and apartment complexes and real estate in Georgia , Tennessee , and North Carolina.



Michael W. Walls

Michael W. Walls, Ed .D.

Dr. Michael Walls is the Vice President of National Development for HOSTS Learning, a Vancouver Washington provider of academic programs used by more than one million children nationwide. Before joining HOSTS in 1993, he was Senior Vice President for Public Affairs for MBNA America Bank, the nation's largest credit card bank. From 1979 through 1993 he served as Superintendent of Schools, first in Beloit, Wisconsin and later in Christina, Delaware.

Before becoming a Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Walls had served as a Classroom Teacher, Principal and Assistant Superintendent in Michigan school districts. Dr. Walls has been the recipient of the -First Citizen Award for Community Service, and has received the nomination for Executive Educator of the Month and Executive Educator 100 by Executive Educator Magazine . He received the United Way of Delaware's Fellowship Award in 1994. In addition to his education-related activities, he has served on the Board of Visitors for Delaware State University and has been President of Junior Achievement of Delaware.

Dr. Walls received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan's Adrian College, a Master of Arts degree from Eastern Michigan University, and a Doctorate in Education from Michigan's Wayne State University.
