Each class provides students with the skill sets necessary to advance to the next level of training. 

SmartFindExpress Intermediate Training ($349 per person)

Course Description

Provides in-depth look at specific features found in SmartFindExpress with an emphasis on the reasons menu.  Students learn how to better manage classifications and classification groups, locations and location groups, profile details and parameters. 

Course Detail

This full day, interactive course identifies features that maximize the effectiveness of SmartFindExpress.  Students learn how to:

• Set up the reason menu

• Identify multiple fields in the classification setup

• Set up the daily work schedule and unpaid break feature

• Set up work units

• Set up and use location groups

• Identify multiple fields in the location profile

• Allow locations to specify a substitute, prearrange an absence and set callout times

• Add individual locations to a location group or groups

• Set up parameters according to best practice recommendations

• Better manage substitute, administrator and employee profiles

SmartFindExpress Advanced Training ($349 per person)

Course Description

Primary focus is on reporting capabilities with an emphasis on importing and exporting data to and from SmartFindExpress.  Unlock the mystery surrounding “search rules” and learn multiple ways for presenting SmartFindExpress data to your district.  

Course Detail

This full day, interactive course presents a best practices approach to reporting, importing and exporting, and search rules.  Students learn how to:

• Identify search options for each tab in “inquiry”

• Identify reports and report details for each “user” in the application

• Identify search criteria available for reports

• Export job and “people” data (includes “cheat sheet”)

• Import data into Excel from SmartFindExpress

• Manage search rules to achieve maximum results
