Registration Fees & Deadlines
Early registration is $400 per person when you register by Monday, March 1, 2010. That’s a $100 savings!
Regular registration is $500 per person when you register after March 1.
Team registration discounts are available when three or more attendees register from your district. Team registration is $350 per person when registered by March 1. Team registrations received after March 1, increase to $450 per person.
Payment Information
Purchase orders may be used for pre-conference registration, but full payment must be made before receipt of registration materials at the conference. If payment is not received by March 31, 2010, payment is required onsite.
Conference materials will not be distributed if balances are due to eSchool Solutions.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than March 31, 2010. Please include a copy of your email confirmation along with your cancellation letter. eSchool Solutions will apply a $100 processing fee on all approved refund requests. Mail cancellation requests to Meghann Anderson, 604 Courtland Street, Suite 300, Orlando, FL 32804.
Refunds will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
Substitutions will be honored for those wishing to replace another individual from your district. Submit your substitution request to Meghann Anderson at manderson@eschoolsolutions.com, along with the original confirmation number.
