Traveling by Plane

Louis Armstrong International Airport is located 16 miles from the Sheraton New Orleans.  Just a short ride whether you go by shuttle or taxi.

 

Shuttle & Taxi Service

Airport Shuttle, Inc. provides service between Louis Armstrong International and the Sheraton New Orleans. Reservations can be made online in advance at www.airportshuttleneworleans.com.  Reservations can also be made by calling 504.522.3500 or tickets can be purchased upon arrival at the airport.  Current rates are $20 one-way and $38 roundtrip.

Taxis are available to and from the airport to the Sheraton New Orleans.  The average fair is $28.00 one-way.

 

Traveling by Car

For those driving into the city, the hotel offers overnight parking at the rate of $26.95 (+ tax) a night.

 

Getting Around New Orleans

The Sheraton New Orleans is in the heart of New Orleans.  Cross Canal Street and you’re in the French Quarter.  Or, turn right and you’re just a couple of blocks from the Mississippi River.  The hotel is within walking distance of the Aquarium of the Americas, Riverwalk Marketplace, the French Quarter and too many restaurants to mention.
