The eSchool Solutions Client Services team employs talented professionals always ready to respond to the technical needs of our clients. Our courteous Client Services representatives:

• Are readily available and accessible to all eSchool Solutions' clients
• Provide answers to operational questions
• Analyze and resolve any eSchool Solutions product-related challenges our clients may experience with hardware or software
• Assist clients in monitoring product performance

eSchool Solutions maintains a toll-free telephone number that is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Live client and technical assistance is provided Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Eastern). To reach Client Services, call toll-free 1.800.776.8774 and choose option “1.” You will be transferred to Client Services and a Client Services representative will be available to help you during our normal business hours.

For calls after hours, on weekends and on holidays, use the same toll-free number and option “1” and the call will transfer to our answering service. For emergency calls, the answering service will immediately contact the Client Services representative on-call who will respond within 30 minutes. For non-emergency calls, you will be directed to leave a voice mail and the first available Client Services representative will return your call the following business day.
