Registration Information

Regular Registration - Registration increases to $475 per person when you register after February 29, 2008.  Price includes welcome reception and breakfast & lunch on Thursday & Friday.

Team Registration - Save money when three or more attendees register from your district.  Team registration is $425 per person.

Pre-conference Training - Registrations the for pre-conference training class (additional fee required) are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Due to limited seating, a wait list will be available once the class is sold-out. 

• SmartFindExpress - Intermediate to Advanced (April 9) - $325 per person

Payment must be received in advance and refunds will not be given.  Substitutions will be honored for those wishing to replace another individual from the district.  Submit your substitution request to Shelley via email along with the original confirmation number.

Hotel Reservations

The conference is being held at the Sheraton Austin Hotel located at 701 East 11th Street, Austin, Texas 78701.  Discounted room rates are $149 per person, per night.  Reservations can be made online or by contacting the hotel directly at 512.478.1111.  Please note the discounted room rate is only available through March 17, 2008.

Payment Policies

Payment Information - Purchase orders may be used for pre-registration, but full payments must be made before receipt of registration materials at the conference.  If payment has not been received by March 31, 2008, payment will be required onsite.

Conference materials will not be distributed if balances are due to eSchool Solutions.

Registration Cancellation/Substitution Policies - Cancellations must be received in writing no later than March 31, 2008.  Please include a copy of your email confirmation along with your cancellation letter.  eSchool Solutions will apply a $100 processing fee on all approved refund requests.  Mail cancellation requests to: eSchool Solutions, Attn: Shelley Schmidt, 604 Courtland Street, Suite 300, Orlando, FL 32804.

Refunds will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
